These terms apply to any UK electrical business ("you", "the business") using Sparkline's AI phone answering service ("Sparkline", "the service"), operated by Novellum. By signing up or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Sparkline answers inbound phone calls on your behalf using an AI voice assistant. It captures caller details, job information, and urgency, and relays this to you. It does not diagnose electrical faults, provide technical advice, quote firm prices, or promise specific arrival times.
New customers may be offered a free trial period at Sparkline's discretion. No payment card is required to start a free trial. Sparkline reserves the right to end or adjust the free trial offer at any time.
You agree to:
Sparkline is an AI assistant and, like any automated system, may occasionally misunderstand a caller or make an error in capturing details. Sparkline is not a substitute for professional judgement, and you remain responsible for assessing and responding to any job, including anything flagged as urgent or safety-related. Sparkline gives callers a standard safety instruction for anything that sounds like an electrical hazard but does not replace your own assessment once contacted.
Calls handled by Sparkline may be recorded and transcribed for the purposes of providing and improving the service. Callers are informed that calls may be recorded during the call itself.
Sparkline is provided "as is" during the early access and testing period. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sparkline is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, including missed or misrecorded enquiries. This does not affect any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may stop using Sparkline at any time. Sparkline may suspend or end access to the service, including during the free trial period, with reasonable notice where possible.
These terms may be updated as Sparkline develops. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
